Favorite Finds for the Home

It seems that a lot of retailers are really on their A-Game this year, presenting beautiful collections, many of which are available at really great prices. While I typically advocate that you should invest in the best quality that you can, I also think it's important to have a great mix in your interiors-- masculine/feminine, modern/traditional, and of course, high/low. A lot of these pieces are a great way for you to hone in on things that are hot right now without spending a fortune on something you may tire of later. You'll find some really classic pieces that are bound to stand the test of time such as an English Roll Arm Sofa available in a variety of richly colored velvets and Bone Inlay Chair from Anthropologie; a chic Hermes-inspired leather stool and Parsons-Style End Table wrapped in Raffia from Serena and Lily, as well as on-trend items like brass accents and tufted upholstery from Target's Nate Berkus and Threshold Collections among my favorite finds for the home.

I bought two of the Nate B lamps and shades with gold interior - brought them home and thought they looked rather "cheap" when in my house...I've bought so many pieces from his Target line and was disappointed with these lamps. They were really light weight and the gold color wasn't consistent - I thought they'd be solid resin or something. They sure are pretty but for the price I thought they'd be a little nicer. Perhaps it was just the two that I had - but I'm curious what feedback others have with these lamps.

@Mrs.Ward That is a bummer about the lamps! I bought the turtle box recently and thought the quality was good for $20. It's tough to do something like a high-quality lamp with a good finish at a Target price point, but poor quality is unacceptable.

Love your style, Paloma.
The navy velvet chair, Anthro-P bowls, zebra tablecloth, large clam shell. All of it!
